Jill AND Mary

Jillian Shennessy (born November 25 in 1968) is a Canadian actor, performer and singer who made an impact on American television. She was a star in American TV series Law & Order, where she played the role of prosecutor Claire Kincaid for three years. In Crossing Jordan she played Jordan Cavanaugh in six seasons. Hennessy also showed off her talent in movies like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted, Chutney Popcorn, and The Acting Class. She also created and directed these movies. Hennessy began her acting career with her sister, playing twin call-girls in Dead Ringers in 1988. The actress starred as a character on Broadway for the Broadway musical Buddy The Buddy Holly Story in 1990. The Buddy Holly Story from 1990, and then entered the realm of sci-fi in 1993, playing Doctor. Marie Lazarus in RoboCop 3. The big break for her came later that year when she joined the cast of the hit NBC crime show Law & Order as assistant district attorney Claire Kincaid. Parker is famous for her roles in films, series and television shows such as RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys by the Side and the West Wing Angels of America. Parker was honored with an Golden Globe Award for Best actress and also the Emmy Award. Parker was also honored with an Tony Award in 2001 for Best Actress, for her part as Proof on Broadway.
